This policy explains how we handle information across Cryptolith apps and tools.

Cryptolith (“Cryptolith”, “we”, “us”) provides non‑custodial crypto utilities (portfolio tracking, calculators, market tools, comparison tools). This policy covers all Cryptolith properties.

2) What we collect

  • Account info (if you sign up): name, email, credentials.
  • Usage data: pages, clicks, device/browser, timestamps, region (from IP).
  • Technical logs: IP, user agent, error logs.
  • User content: notes/inputs in tools (e.g., Airdrop Farmer’s Ledger, calculators).
  • Portfolio inputs: assets, amounts, values (no private keys required).
  • Cookies/local storage: preferences (theme, hidden tiles), session state.

3) How we use data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve services and features.
  • Analytics (aggregate), performance optimization, and debugging.
  • Support communications and service notices.
  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Legal compliance.

4) Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for preferences (e.g., cryptolith.theme.v1, cryptolith.hiddenApps.v1), UI state, and session continuity. You can clear cookies/storage in your browser; this resets preferences.

  • Performance of a contract.
  • Legitimate interests (analytics, security, improvement).
  • Consent (for optional analytics/marketing).
  • Legal obligation.

6) Third‑party services

Some features depend on or link to third parties (exchanges, data providers, news, bridges, analytics, email). Their processing is governed by their policies. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

7) International data transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we implement safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

8) Data retention

  • Logs/analytics: retained for operational improvement and then deleted/anonymized.
  • Account data: retained while active; deleted/anonymized after closure subject to legal obligations.
  • Local storage: remains until cleared by you.

9) Security

We use industry‑standard measures (e.g., HTTPS, restricted access) and data minimization. No method is 100% secure; keep your devices and credentials safe.

10) Your rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information or knowingly share for cross‑context behavioral advertising. To exercise rights, email team@catalyst25.online.

11) Children’s privacy

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). Do not use our services if under the applicable age of consent.

12) Do Not Track

We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where material, provide additional notice.
