Support Policy

1) How to reach us

2) Support scope

We provide best‑effort support for:

  • Access/display issues, bugs, outages.
  • Feature questions for CryptoFolio, CryptoCalc, HODL Regret Machine, Yield Truth Serum, Bridge Burn Calculator, Airdrop Farmer’s Ledger, Curve Sniper, Fiat Arbitrage Calculator, Platform Compare.
  • Account access and data requests.
  • Feedback and feature suggestions.

We do not provide:

  • Investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
  • Recovery of private keys, seed phrases, or funds (we are non‑custodial).
  • Hands‑on configuration for third‑party exchanges, wallets, or bridges.

3) Hours & response targets

  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UTC (reduced weekends/holidays).
  • Targets (not guarantees):
    • Critical outage: response within 4 business hours.
    • Major impact: 1 business day.
    • General issues: 2–3 business days.

4) Reporting a problem

Include steps to reproduce, screenshots/console logs (no secrets), browser/OS, timestamp, and impact. This helps us triage quickly.

5) Security reports (responsible disclosure)

  • Don’t publicly disclose before we confirm a fix.
  • Avoid accessing/altering data that isn’t yours; avoid service disruption.
  • Provide technical detail and PoC if possible.
  • Safe harbor: good‑faith reports under responsible disclosure will not trigger legal action.
  • No bounty at this time; meaningful reports are recognized.

6) Data & privacy requests

To access, correct, delete, or port your data, email team@catalyst25.online from your account email (if any). Local preferences (theme, hidden tiles) can be reset by clearing your browser storage.

7) Feature requests

We welcome ideas; prioritization depends on impact, demand, and feasibility.

8) Paid plans & billing (if applicable)

Billing questions: team@catalyst25.online. Unless a plan states otherwise or required by law, subscriptions are non‑refundable; good‑faith exceptions considered case‑by‑case.

9) Service changes & deprecations

We may add, change, or retire features (including Beta/Experimental). We aim to provide reasonable notice for impactful changes.
