1) Agreement to terms

By accessing Cryptolith services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2) Who may use the services

At least 18 (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Legally permitted to use crypto‑related tools in your jurisdiction and not on sanctions lists.
Use for lawful purposes only.

3) Non‑custodial services; no investment advice

Cryptolith is non‑custodial. We do not hold funds, private keys, or transmit money. Information is educational only and not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4) Market risk and tool‑specific disclaimers

Crypto is volatile; you may lose funds. Estimates/backtests are not guarantees. Tool‑specific notes:

HODL Regret Machine: hypothetical “what‑if” outcomes; not predictive.
Yield Truth Serum: APY/APR results are estimates; fees/compounding vary.
Bridge Burn Calculator: fees, gas, slippage, and timing vary with networks/bridges.
Airdrop Farmer’s Ledger: organizational only; never store seed phrases/private keys.
Curve Sniper: AMM “edges” can be negated by execution, slippage, or fees.
Fiat Arbitrage Calculator: FX rates, rails, fees differ by provider/region.
AI AutoTrader (if/when available): use at your own risk; comply with exchange API terms; test in sandbox first.
Cryptolith Coin (if any): not an offer/solicitation; separate terms/risks will apply.

5) Accounts and security

You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity. Notify team@catalyst25.online of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6) Acceptable use

No unlawful activity or infringement.
No scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, or interference.
No malicious code or security circumvention.
No spam or manipulation.
No false affiliation claims.

7) Third‑party services and links

We depend on/link to third parties (exchanges, bridges, data, news). They operate under their own terms/policies. Use at your own risk.

8) Intellectual property

Cryptolith owns the services, content, and trademarks (except third‑party rights). We grant a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license for personal/internal business use per these Terms.

9) User content and feedback

You retain rights to your content; you grant us a limited license to host/display it to operate the services. Feedback may be used without restriction.

10) Paid features

If offered: pricing and terms shown at checkout; subscriptions may auto‑renew; taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non‑refundable. Contact team@catalyst25.online for billing issues.

11) Beta and experimental features

Beta/experimental features may change or be withdrawn at any time.

12) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness, non‑infringement). No guarantee of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Cryptolith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data/goodwill. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Cryptolith harmless from claims arising out of your use or violations of these Terms or law.

15) Termination

We may suspend/terminate access at any time. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that should survive will survive.

16) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Courts in [City, Country/State] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer laws. If you adopt arbitration, replace this clause with your arbitration terms.

17) Export and sanctions compliance

You will comply with all applicable export/sanctions regulations and will not use services in violation thereof.
